I have the same board and memory. I am running my memory 8-8-8-24 at 1688 MHz at 1.50 volts and 1.295 volts QPI. I realize each system will be different, but yes, increase the QPI to ~1.3 volts. You might find that less DRAM voltage works better too. I am using XMP profile, but I set the timings 8-8-8-24-1T manually and left the rest on auto.
