Bios Setting tweaking

When does it show the blinking text, when you make the change or after save and re-boot?

When change from Standard to Turbo then blinking text red color

I guess it's the best you can do then.
Unless you want to try higher FSB.

Now is all ok - on Turbo mode is seting.

And one question for this how to set I have HDD SATAII - in bios how to setting this SATA AHCI Mode and SATA Port0-1 Native mode (Enabled or disabled) how to is best

You can leave SATA mode IDE, and native mode disabled, no need to change those.
