Gigabyte GA-890FXA- UD5: malfunction of the mouse

Do you rin any GB power saving utility?
Go to device manager and see if there is any power saving option enabled for this device.

It very well could just be an incompatibility with those specific mice, can you test to see if it happens with any other USB mice.

If you have a PS/2 mouse you like, or a PS/2 adapter, you could solve this easy by using that and disable the setting I mentioned. I know it's not ideal, but it is a solution you could consider, and those PS/2 adapter are cheap and you probably already have one laying around somewhere

The issue is resolved.

I have "load optimized defaults in the BIOS" and placed back my settings, and after that everything was ok.
Sorrie, i thought this happened default.

I was thinking that the problem with the mouse was dissolved, but it was wishful thinking.
No one of the wired mousses plug in any USB port is working normal, they worked with interruptions and after a few time they are frozen. When the USB connector is plug out and in the mouse is working for short time.
When I plug in the mouse in the PS2 connector (with a PS2-USB adapter ) the mouse are working but occasionally with hitches.
I did the following proofs:

A) With wired mouse: Logitech laser mouse LS1 and Logitech Optical MX310
1) Both mouse gives the same error on all the USB ports on the PC
2) Both mouse gives the same error on the USB ports of a separate USB 3.0 PCIe controller card (Sharkoon)
3) Both mouse are working on the PS2 connector with USB-PS2 adapter , with little hitches.
B) Wireless mouse: Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 2.0
Working normal on all USB ports.

c) All other devices on the USB ports (USB stick, scanner, printer and USB hard disk: function normally.

All suggestions are welcome.

I have served the problem at the technical service of Gigabyte and they have sent me a new bios version 7e and yes this time it was the good one.

Everything was OK.

This version was not published on the download site of Gigabyte.
