Yeah I thinkso, they should just boot up with all sticks without messing with voltages, either try and grab some that match the working kit or exchange all for a matching 12gb kit
I took a couple of pictures for you...I dont know if any of them will help, but you never know:
So I changed the voltage to 1.3750 and dram voltage to 1.5 (I think I was in the right spot in the BIOS) -> see picture.
Put in the other sticks of RAM and still wont boot to start up. :(
You think its just the sticks are incompatible with each other?
one set of 3 2gig sticks is version 2.13 and the new ones that I bought 2 days ago are version 2.3

From your images I see Bclk 134.99, this could cause issues since Bclk overclocking is so sensitive in P67/Z68, it may be best for now to set this to auto or 133 manually since you are having issues.
Also, to follow up on what wazza said about killing easytune in task manager before trying to uninstall, it's called ET.exe or GUI.exe depending on what version you have installed. If you can't find it in your task manager, post us an image or look in your toolbar by the clock and find the easytune steering wheel icon and right click/exit, then you should be able to uninstall
