A previous version 220.127.116.110 of the Intel chipset drivers has an inf file named "cougME" for Management Engine Interface. It is no longer present in the latest drivers. There are no actual drivers associated with the inf file, it just configures the system like the rest of the inf drivers. Anyway, on my Z68XP-UD4, when I installed the 7 or 8 series MEI drivers I would get a yellow bang for MEI, that the device couldn't start. So you may want to try the chipset driver instead.
