Ok not sure if anyone can do this without bricking/corrupting the Bios, but hope it's ok to ask:
Previous attempts have failed, but can anyone try modding the UD5 B3 P67 Bios (and if it works, the UD7 for others) to remove the multi-step LLC and reenable the old LLC1/LLC2 from the F3G and F3H bios versions? Good luck actually trying to make that work, though...seems impossible
(hope this request isnt out of line....)

I don't think we have anyone here that can do it, unless some random non-regular member in hiding is a genius, if so that would be cool and if so please step up and help us out!
NoJuann already said he couldn't right? That's the only person I can think of. I tried and can't via hex or other methods. I even used partial edited _EN_Code files from older BIOS in newer BIOS, and that partially worked but BIOS was corrupt and unreadable, missing settings, ect and only got worse the more you moved around haha! Someone out there can do it for sure, we just haven't met them yet is all![]()

I don't use the marvel ports so i dont need that rom :) only intel/lan would be fine for me
Why not just use this BIOS, already modified? Doing another is more work for no reason, agreed?
GIGABYTE Modified Bios
Just trying to save Ace some work, no need to start doing 3-5 BIOS mods for the same BIOS ya know. And the Marvell ROM update in the BIOS is only applied via manually invoking it anyway, so you can opt to not do that if you want, which would leave onchip in action or you can set onchip if you want to be sure the update is never applied.

What do you mean, I fixed the link on the original post you quoted, and on the main page link as well?
So the new link is in this thread twice now, and has been here for the past 5 hours![]()

This bios was only moddified with the IRST, Realtek, and Jmicron. I did not get answer so thats all that got modded. Maybe I should have just made a complete mod and will do in the future as LSD said the Marvell firmware does not get applied unless you manually invoke it to update.
