Fill out your PC Specs information with a detailed list that includes brand, model number, and versions for bios, operating system, etc.

Clear your CMOS and load optimized Bios Defaults, and make sure that your system is stable by stress testing with Prime95.
Run each of the Prime95 tests for at least 4 - 8 hours, longer is better.

Post a list of your attempted bios setting changes when you attempt your overclock.
Be sure to save settings and exit after making any bios changes.

Loading OPTIMIZED bios defaults is REQUIRED before you tweak your bios settings.
