Why when you disable boot logo you see an american megatrends logo? Shouldnt all logos be disabled?

I think you're just disabling the Gigabyte screen.

Yes and no. When you disable the Gigabyte boot screen I was excepting to see the old bios/dos startup look but instead you get the AMI screen with nothing on it. My suggestion is to just leave the Gigabyte boot screen enabled.

Yeah seems no point in disabling it - it looks much better than the old fashioned American Megatrends logo and you get no information - Bad implementation....

Is there any advantages to disable the logo? I was hoping to get a bit quicker boot speed with no logos displayed :P

No its as quick as it is going to be. I have not found any ways to make boot up any faster, then again my system only takes 7-8 sec to boot up so how much faster can it get.
