So no body else wants to share what theirs can do? Or am I the only one brave enough to push it. I not sure what would be max vcore on water just for cpu-z validation but I did not want to push more then 1.65v through it.

Gigabyte Modified Bios
I am in NO way affiliated with Gigabyte.
If you use a BIOS I Modified, you do so at your own Risk and Assume Full Responsibilty !
So I've been using my rebuilt computer now since early June and here's my settings so far for my 4.8GHZ Ivy Bridge:
(Everything of relevance to OCing is set to auto except for these settings.)
CPU V-Core = 1.330 currently.
Vcore Loadline Calibration = Turbo.
C1E | C3/C6 = Disabled.
This has been the easiest, casual hand holding experience ever for me when it comes to OCing. The funny thing is I've had almost no trouble at all for full load stability but I seem to need C1E | C3/C6 off for idle/low load situations. (like loading up Palemoon/Waterfox)
For example, inside the Event viewer -> Windows Logs -> System tab I would notice errors like this with them enabled:
Source WHEA-Logger
UD5H Seems rock solid as can be just as my old UD3P was with my 4.3GHZ E8400. I think my chip could go higher however I don't want my LinX/IBT temps going over 95c~ so 4.8 in the summer is fine for me. Seems to be roughly equivalent to a 5GHZ Sandy Bridge which is what my secondary desire was, first was simply getting 4.5GHZ stable at a minimum which was quite easy as well.Code:A corrected hardware error has occurred. Reported by component: Processor Core Error Source: Corrected Machine Check Error Type: Internal parity error Processor ID: 0 The details view of this entry contains further information.
4.5/4.6 has been good enough for me. When I get the new chip fired up I may take it for a stroll. It'll be a while before I finish my new build. Will be using same setup though, UD5H/3770K. The chip on this rig wants too much volts for my liking to go over 4.8. Maybe I'll get lucky with the new one.

Does anyone have any profiles for a i7 2600k and the ud5h?
Mmm, I don't have any I saved from the 2600K. What kind of OC are you looking for? I basically used the same setup my 2600K liked on the Z68 board. But my cpu was a voltage hog, needed like +.080 offset for 4.5 and I'm thinking the LLC was set to Turbo.
What are your current settings, how much OC, etc, you need to post all this so we know what you've done.
Screen shots from your BIOS would be handy, just plug in a flash drive before you boot and hit F12 to take pics, then use the picture tool to add to the post.
Also you need to fill in your profile so we can see what equipment you're running.
