Cool Overclocking with my new Z77X-D3H and 3570k

Hey guys currently overclocking on my new d3h motherboard but I have a few questions and was hoping you guys would be able to help :) I have the samsung green 8gb ram and have lowered the timings to 9-9-9-24 without changing any voltages or other settings, but an article I was following says the following: "For CAS 8 and 9, tWCL should be CAS -2 (so CAS 8 gets tWCL 6 and CAS 9 gets tWCL 7)" where are those settings on the d3h as I couldnt find them the only similar timing I could find was called 'tWL' is that infact 'tWCL' the article was talking about?

    Thanks guys!

p.s The article i mentioned can be found here Samsung 30 nm Green PC3-12800 Low Profile 1.35 V DDR3 Review | techPowerUp
