Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 UEFI Problem

Hi,

I just upgraded my BIOS (FD) to UEFI (UA5), but now if I have my XFX-6870 video card installed it never reaches the post screen, it just loops on and off. If I remove the card or just unplug the power cables everything works fine using the Intel IGP. I have tried changing boot priority to PCI but that did not help.

As I am new to UEFI's, what could I be missing?

howmany pci-e slots do you have? tried it in the second pci-e slot? try installing gpu a few times it might not be detecting it properly,disable onboard graphics if you can,clean the cold contacts on your gpu
