    Default Z77X-UD3H, PCIE slots

    hi everyone,

    need some info on Z77X-UD3H mobo and its pcie slots, how to setup cards

    gfx card wil go to PCIEX16, and I have 2 more pcie cards, both are x1 (sound and tv tuner)
    if one goes to PCIEX4 slot, will other PCIEX1 slots be available? from GB website
    PHP Code:
    3.1 x PCI Express x16 slotrunning at x4 (PCIEX4)
     *
    The PCIEX4 slot shares bandwidth with all PCI Express x1 slotsAll PCI Express x1 slots will become unavailable when a PCIe x4 expansion card is installed
    not sure if this means x1 slots are unavailable only if x4 card is used in PCIEX4 slot or when any card is used in x4 slot, even x1 card like in my case.

    was planing to use PCIEX4 and PCIEX1_3 slots for x1 cards, will that work?

    zs

    It means if a PCIE card installed on PCIEX4 clot other PCIEX1 slots will not work.
