Saying hi

Hey all!
It has been a while!
Just wanted to stop by and say hi. I have been having some issues running BF3 and I thought my specs were decent, enough to play the game!
Anyhow, I ran CPU-Z and wanted to share my specs. I am STARTING to look into what upgrading, modifications I can do for better performance w/out a complete rebuild...(that I cannot afford right now!)
I will be back in a bit! Time for some yard work in the HEAT!

what kind of issues with bf3 were you having? and what resolution do you play games at?

My fps was way low like 28 then dropped to 16-10 during a fight! I would get killed before I saw the guy! :) I am running @ 1920 x 1080.....70hz i think

maybe oc your cpu? and upgrade your graphic card to a 7850? that would improve things alot imo,esp on demanding games like bf3 ect

the oc part worries me since i'd most likely need cooling....or more of it? what r ur thoughts there? the 7850 is a nice step up...but out of reach rt now. Have too many bills to pay for that!
as a side note....does my memory look ok? Wondering if I should max it out to 4x 4g?

you have 4gb? that should be ok,youd need a 64bit os to make use of more unless your running one already

and yeah an aftermarket cooler is a must if overclocking the cpu,stock intel heatsink fan wont cut it,another cheaper step up would be the 6950/6970 gpu

I'm running windows 7 64bit.
(am at work right now and memory is not so dependable) but I think I have either a Thermaltake or Zalman tower cooler....No water or anything.
