@Bayman65
What is your memory setup? Are you running with both memory brands at the same time?
What is the model number of your power supply? How old is it?
The other thread deals with P67/Z68 motherboards.
I've moved your post to this new thread.
Has Gigabyte found a fix for this problem yet? My board is a GA-P43-ES3G and I am soooo tired of this foolishness. If I have to chuck this board in the trash it will be the last Gigabyte purchase for me. What a terrible way to tarnish a name...put defective items on the market and not respond properly to consumer concerns.
Here's what I have inside the box:

Loading OPTIMIZED bios defaults is REQUIRED before you tweak your bios settings.
This includes new system setups and immediately after flashing your bios!!!

Memory setup is 1-2-1-2 as per mb manual specs.
Model of PS is Vl-600B, it's 7mths old.
All memory has been tested with no issues. I have also tested system with just two sticks of each brand and still experienced the cold boot loop.
All HD's have been pulled, still had issue
This is the second ps supply I have tried. First was a Coolermaster eXTREME POWER+ 500W (RP-500-PCAR)
Issue did not disappear with PS swap.
Have you tried loading optimized bios settings and then making any required bios settings?
Copy the bios template from the middle of EP43-UD3L with Q9400 wont post, keeps rebooting, post #5 into NotePad or any plain text editor and accurately fill in your current bios settings. Type N/A for any bios options that don't appear in your bios. Make sure that your press CTRL + F1 from the main bios screen to show all hidden bios settings in the M.I.T. section.
You can post your settings using the Go Advanced posting option and you can select/highlight the bios template and press the "#" option to put the bios template in a code box.

Optimized bios setting are in place. I haven't tweaked much at all, only the usb keyboard and mouse option.
Here's the template with my settings:

- Performance Enhance = Turbo might be part of the problem, set to Standard.
- MCH Core = Auto is probably part of the problem, especially with 4 memory modules.
- DRAM Voltage = Auto might be a problem.
Include links to each memory kit that shows detailed specifications.
From step #4 in the linked to post:
Include a screenshot that displays:
Memset using the SPD and ">>" tabs
cpu-z CPU and Mainboard screens (several instances can be run at the same time), include one SPD window for each memory kit
**EasyTune6 --> TUNER tab --> ADVANCE tab --> VOLTAGE tab (only the Voltage tab is needed)
CoreTemp screen [for your cpu's VID (Voltage ID)]
**The ET6 screen-shot will show us which AUTO setting values are being used.
Generate and attach a saved cpu-z report file using the About tab --> Save Report (.TXT) option

Memset isn't happy when the windows font size isn't set to the "normal" (default) size.
You can use Aida64 for 30 days to report similar information. Downloads | AIDA64
Some screen-shots are useful because they verify that there aren't mistakes in the posted bios settings.
