    Default 64 bit processing

    Does the GA-P67A UD3P-B3 motherboard support 64 bit processing? Currently using it with WXP and 2x2G RAM with a i5-2500k. Plan to install W7 with 8G memory. Thanks.
    Any computer problem can be fixed with a large enough hammer!

    Absolutely, no problem running win7 x64.
    Both of my five year old systems run great with win7 x64 on an ssd.
    I went from win2k to win7 x64 with no problems on both systems and got a huge gain in performance.

    Loading OPTIMIZED bios defaults is REQUIRED before you tweak your bios settings.
    This includes new system setups and immediately after flashing your bios!!!

    Its the CPU that has to support 64 bit, and the i5 is fine.
