Pop in BIOS,makesure azalia codec is enabled, next try with onboard sound in BIOS set to ac97 or hdaudio, whatever one gives you sound
I recently re-installed Windows on a P67-UD4 and for some reason I have no sound, and I can't find the cause. I'm using the latest R270 driver, even re-installed it, and I get no sound. The speakers definitely work, tried them on my mp3 player. I also tried different audio jacks on the i/o panel, the auto-recognition thing works, but I still get no sound.
Anyone have an idea what else I could try?
