How do you get this board to EFI boot the DVD drive, I can only get this board to EFI boot to network?
I want to install Windows 8 in UEFI mode but cannot see anyway to EFI boot the optical drive.

That is not doing an efi boot though is it? Adn as such Windows installs in legacy MBR mode.

tbh i dont know much about gigabytes bios since x58,i was just trying to suggest things until someone else who knows more can comment further
