I found that WOL was only available if the PC was in "Sleep" mode not off. I could never get it to work while the system was "OFF" but if asleep it worked fine.

I look at back and I saw the lanīs led is off, so I look for in the router and Itīs not visible.
Is it a problem of the mainboard? I have changed the bios and with default settings and the same result.

I've tried myself from the off state, I had no issues 15 years ago with 10Base-T ethernet cards but with my GA-X58A-UD5, I could not WOL without the PC being in sleep mode.
I had spent countless frustrating hours trying to get it to work.
If you get it, please share what you did. I'd be glad to know
