Gigabyte Sniper M3 Boot Issue

Hi all

I have just upgraded my computer.
Parts purchased were the Intel SSD, 3770K processor, Sniper M3 M/B and 32Gb GSkill DDR-2400 (4x8Gb) Quad Channel Trident X RAM seen in my Specs.

When I fitted everything and turned on for the first time it beeped constantly, I think 14 times, then restarted, beeps again etc.
I checked everything and it seemed ok.

After trying heaps of different combinations I swapped the RAM for some 4Gb Corsair out of my old computer.
Everything works fine.
So I installed Windows and did a BIOS update to F9.
Then swapped out the RAM back to the G.Skill and I have the same issue.

While playing around (before swapping memory sticks), I discovered that if I reset the BIOS by shorting the reset pins, sometimes it will boot up and let me get into BIOS, however crashes within about a minute.

Any suggestions as to what could be causing my problem?

I have tried removing 2, then 3 RAM sticks.
Also tried swapping sticks around to ensure that one isnt faulty.

It is really starting to get quite frustrating!
The RAM is sold as compatible with Z77 Ivy Bridge platform.

try with bare minimum,use onboard graphics,no ssd/hdd and one stick of ram

can leave out the mb battery for 30mins to fully clear the cmos and put back in n try

Just tried that.
Let it automatically optimize instead of going into BIOS.
Gets to the windows loading screen and the computer crashes.

However I went into the place I bought it from and they are going to swap the RAM for me.
Apparently they have had some compatibility issues with the G.Skills.

So tomorrow I go back with my computer and we are going to swap around some other RAM types.
