try repeatedly pressing alt and f10 at the splash screen, this will flash both bios chips with the same bios version,it might help
Just built my computer last week. After first install I was able to enter UEFI bios via DEL and update memory profile.
After that I updated all my video card drivers, newest f15 bios, programs, etc. A week later I decide to enter bios...goes to attached blank screen with Gigabyte UEFI header. Have to reset computer and it boots to windows 7. My machine runs great, but I'm nervous now about never being able to get into bios to do anything. I've tried the following
1: Various BIOS version f10 to f15 - no help
2: Remove EVGA video card and boot from motherboard video (with various bios) - same blank screen.
3: Tried clearing CMOS. After boot, 3 item menu comes up...I choose optimize it boots win7, I choose go to BIOS -> same blank screen as attached.
I'm running out of things to try. Obviously the hardware is working because win 7 works great - but why no BIOS...ever?

I wonder if it's something like on my Z77 board where if I have specific wired mice (now ditched mine for a Logitech), or more annoyingly, if I have my wired Xbox360 pc pad +/or my wired PS2 dualshock pad plugged in to any USB port.
Perhaps try unplugging ALL USB devices and see what happens. Obviously if your keyboard is USB then you'll either need to borrow a PS/2 keyboard, or just leave in your current one.
I'll be damned. Unplugged all USB and used non-USB keyboard and BAM! It works. Thanks alot DKT70, that gives me quite a relief and now I can overclock her :-)

Glad it worked for you. Things like this are why I get so mad at Gigabyte, something that should be easy to fix, but they would rather keep doing pointless changes to micro code.
If I was you I would try and narrow-down the USB device that causes this, you may even have more than one device, but at least you might find a solution.
In my case, I now have to keep either of my joypads plugged into the front USB slots, so when I need the BIOS I can easily unplug them. I also had a no-name branded mouse that caused BIOS locks, so I got a Logitech M500 Wired USB and this works fine.
great find... I never would had thought...

It turned out to be my R/C plane simulator controller connected through the Dell monitor USB hub:
RealFlight InterLink Elite Controler
Guess not many folks use this combination of hardware :)
Ah, so it's a USB game controller, like my 2 joypads, that is the cause. It cannot be a coincidence that both our problems are USB controller related.
I wonder if the BIOS is trying to detect the game controllers as mice, since the BIOS must look for mice on boot.
