X58A-UD3R Rev 2.0 BIOS CHECKSUM ERROR RECOVERY LOOP

My mobo GA-X58A-UD3R rev 2.0 ..... Ive been using it for last 2 years and last updated its bios 5 months back to "FH" ... since last night it was working fine.... then I shut it down and switched off my UPS....
I started today morning ... it went to "MAIN BIOS ROM checksum error" ..... recovered bios from Backup BIOS .... reboot and halt on black screen with blinking cursor.... after I press reset button ... it again recover bios and restart it and shows black screen after showing first bios screen....

I have tried removing batteries, removing all hdd's..... and even I have new 1mb "FF" bios in my usb drive but when i use Q Flash utility to restore it ... it shows "Bios ROM programming error"...

Now I cant use Q flash and cant use bootable floppy or usb as it can go pas post screen.....

UPDATE:
After repeated attempts to update/flash bios via Q-Flash (after pressing F8 in BIOS) ..... now its not showing "Bios ROM programming error.... but now its struck on screen in Q-Flash utility saying "Erasing Bios Now..." and only two points i.e. only 2-3% done. ... and below that its saying usual message "Don't Turn Off Power Or RESET System"

Plz help how to solve it.....
