Gigabyte ga-z77x-ud3h power light Blinking and buzzing. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

what sort of buzzing? the psu?

what brand of memory and power supply are you using?

The power button on the motherboard is blinking and buzzing. The power supply is Antec 25 putting out 650 Watts. Nothing else pluged in.

you plugged in the 4 or 8 pin cpu power plug into the motherboard aswell as the 24 pin motherboard plug? and your ram is plugged into second and fourth slot from the cpu socket?

if yes then do you have another power supply to test with?
