Load default BIOS settings using Windows (without flashing to the same BIOS)

How can I achieve this?

I once had a problem where I couldn't go to BIOS due to disabled startup of USB support in BIOS, and my keyboard is a USB model.

I ended up by opening the case in order to reset BIOS...

In such a situation, apart from opening the case or reflash using @BIOS, is there some way to reset BIOS settings?

I don't think there is apart from clear cmos switch at the back of motherboard(not all boards have one),shorting the cmos pins or entering bios and loading optimised defaults

Actually, it's also possible to use @BIOS, but you must flash/reflash BIOS....

Sure.I just want to know if there's some way to reset BIOS settings through Windows, in the case I have to face that same problem again, and no converter is available/PS2 is also disabled in BIOS/Etc...

I've just updated it, however, I'm posting here expecting something compatible not only with my motherboard i.e. some utility like @BIOS (that can reset BIOS, but only after flashing) for Gigabyte boards....

tried loading default values in easytune? i dont know if that works,but it would only reset them in windows it wouldnt change the actual bios/oc settings so soon as you rebooted it would load whatevers set in the bios again

Why not just buy a used PS/2 keyboard and enable the PS/2 connector?
Another option is to connect a momentary ON switch to the CLEAR CMOS motherboard pins so that you can follow the clear cmos procedure in the mobo user manual and just press and hold this new switch when needed. The only problem with this approach is if you accidentally press this switch and it clears the cmos.

I didn't find any mention of a motherboard clear cmos button on the motherboard in the user manual or on the Gigabyte web site.
Which usb ports are you using for your keyboard?
Are you using a usb hub?
Have you tried connecting to other usb ports?
It's a poor choice to flash your bios using @BIOS just to clear the cmos.
My approach would be to find the best inexpensive and easy to use solution without flashing the bios.

I doubt that Gigabyte's "new and improved" dual bios chip solution is now 100% foolproof.
It never was 100% successful in the past.
If your system is not connected to an uninterruptible power supply that has at least a 5 - 10 minute run time if the power goes out, it's possible that a failed bios flash during a power outage might brick you motherboard. It's probably possible for a bios flash to fail and possibly brick your board without a power outage or voltage spike.
