Default i5 2500k vcore option is not available

Ok so the problem that i have is that i cant find the vcore in any of the bios categories so when i try to overclock the cpu to 4.5 without modifing the vcore my pc doesnt boot.
Now the cpu is at 4.0 ghz with only the multiplier modified.
Can you please help me, tell me how to modifiy the vcore or how to make the option appear?
Im gonna show you some pictures with the bios options.

    First,you got rev. 1.0 or 2.0 ?
Did you update to latest BIOS?

    Edit:

    Ohhhh,I see,you have F3 BIOS
    Update to F7 BIOS.
But,not sure if your mobo should display Vcore (you can still use DVID).
