    Default GIGABYTE Z87X-UD4H (v1.0) ssd incompatibility?...

    Hello!
    I have an Gigabyte Z87X-UD4H v1.0 motherboard and it appears to have some incompatibility problem with an old ssd based on SF 2281 controller - Corsair F3 90 gb sata III drive.
    I installed Windows 7 x64 SP1 properly on my machine,in sata/ahci mod (default setting in bios) on Intel sata port 0 and for about two days everything went smooth...
    After that when i played a game or simply using the internet,or even do nothing just desktop,my boot ssd suddenly dissapear from the system,mobo doesnt recognize it anymore and i'm force to do a hard shutdown in order to unplug/replug the sata cable and boot than normally (after that ''operation'' OS working and mobo act normally for 1-2 days,than again fail to recognize the drive while i'm in Windows). This things happens only i'm in Windows,the boot sequence is always working as it should...
    So,a week ago i decided to move the ssd to Marvell ports at 0 port and install sata Marvell drivers for this - everything seems to be ok since than.
    I read about a lot of problems with old ssds and Z87 boards,most of all with Gigabyte Z87 UDH series lineup,but all of those users has sata II ssds with SF 1200/1600 controller,not 2281 as mine,so i don't really know what's going on here;
    my mobo has some sort of incompatibility with my ssd or simply has faulty sata Intel ports?
    I flashed two bioses till now with no avail: F7 and now i'm at F8b.
    If is only the incompatibility problem i guess it can be adress in one bios release,but if the worst case scenario will occur...than i have to RMA this board (i hope is not this,because i really like the board lay-out and high-tech features,also @BIOS work great!).
    Please somebody help with some advices or maybe similar experiences with this board or another Z87 model,maybe there's some modded bios for this issue and i don't know about it yet?
    Please help!

    So what shall i do next? Changing the drive with some new with other controller than SF? I'm afraid that flashing certain bioses wouldn't help... Or maybe give a try to a moded one?
    Also i cannot change my ssd firmaware thru SSD Toolbox provided by Corsair (for unknown reason it says there is a new firmware for my ssd,but after that ''update fail'' message and nothing happens...)
