Help! LSA Shell Export Error?

Can anyone please tell me how to correct the following problem. Every time I go onto the internet (ISP is iprimus), a message pops up telling me I have an LSA Shell Export Error, and that the system needs to close. It then proceeds to shut down & reboot the computer. This has only started happening since a system recovery was done on the PC. The system recovery did not delete any of the data files on the computer. I am fairly compuer illiterate, but very desperate. Please help!
