Spybot Immunization, good/bad?

Will spybot's Immunization break any programs? Is it a good thing, should I use it?

Never had a problem with it. I keep it updated and it seems to work fine for me. Is there a specific problem you're having with it.

I just tried it, damn, it blocked iwon.com's pictures and a few other sites. Strange. I took it off. Never mind.
