Thanks Lian Li for being so concerned about your customers. I have sent several requests through your website and have never received a response. I have opened up a forum on this website with one response to submit my info a second time. I have been waiting for over a month to no avail. At this time I will no longer recommend your products due to lack of support. Sad as I am currently using 5 of your cases. I think i will actually start replacing them with another brand. What a joke and a complete waste of my time.
As stated in the other thread, Lian Li came through and corrected the issue. Just wanted to be sure I give them credit for following up.
