  2. Dear Customer
Manual bios setting/Timing adjustment/ Voltage rising may be required for mixing kits, you may please "memtest" each individual module of 2x1GB kit at at time to avoid the faulty stick. if there is faulty stick, please contact rma@gskill.com, we are glad to assist you with warranty service any time without question ask. and we are sorry about that we can't exchange your kits to different capacity/frequency/model kit since we are only providing Technical and RMA service here , sorry for your inconvenience, thank you and you have a nice day.
  3. Mr ****:

Since I saw your topic on RMA and this sort of touches on that but in a different light. I am posting this directly to you instead.

    I have 2 1GB PC1333 sticks that I recently replaced with 4 higher space sticks(2x2gb + 2x4gb) sticks from Gskill :D <3 you guys.

At any rate back to the topic at hand. When I ran memtest86 on them when I thought I could run Win 7 64b with 2x2gb + 2x1gb I found that one of the 1gb sticks was faulty

I saw that you have a lifetime warrenty on all products you produce. Could I potentially send in my perfectly good 2x2gb kit and the faulty 2x1gb kit with a little extra moola to get a kit of 2x4gb of the 9-9-9-12 timing? Or do I /have/ to obtain a replacement for the faulty kit only?

FYI: the faulty kit is a yr and a half old.

    Regards,
