Hello. I like many other have problems with DPC Latency, getting spikes all the way up to and above 16.000microsecs.

I have the GA-EX38-DS4 board. Does the new beta F4b bios fix the issue? How far from a final release is the beta bios?

I have contacted Gigabyte tech support, but they refused to discuss the cold boot problem my board is having. Can you please forward this information to your BIOS engineers? Please take a look at the temporary fix I found for it. Doesn't this prove conclusively the BIOS is faulty? Or is my board faulty?

is beta bios f12f for p35 ds3r rev 1.00 from gb site the same you've been sending people for the dpc latency issue? cause if it is the same its not helping my issues.
