P67A-UD3P-B3. When I instal a hyper 212+, I cannot use the first ram slot due to the height of the heat spreader on the ram module blocking the fan. I am using slots 1 and 3 with a good, but lesser hsf. Would there be any significant hit on performance if I go to slots 2 and 4 using the hyper 212+?

an added advantage if cpu fan blocks memory slot one :
You may be able to lower it even more so that when your memory is in slots 2 and 4 instead of 1 and 3 you actually get cool air pulled thru the mermory heatsinks.Current Systems:
