  • 1T Question on LGA 1555 and/ or LGA 1156

What are the odds of getting 1T Command Rate out of four identical RAM sticks on LGA 1555 and/ or LGA 1156?

Re: 1T Question on LGA 1555 and/ or LGA 1156

I dont think you should have any problems switching from 2T to 1T on either of those systems. I believe it is the P45 that cant do or has trouble doing 1T.

You may need to increase a few voltage settings to get the system stable but thats about it.

Are the the same make, model, and batch number? Were they sold as a pack of 4 (Mached set). Yes it should work. It wont hurt to try. it will either boot or not. If it does not you should only have to clear the cmos.

          cool
          ty
i was kind of interested in differentiating between having just two identical RAM was the old rule- with LGA 775 and LGA1366- if u wanted 1T CR; versus having more than two RAM sticks identical or not, used to be almost impossible if u wanted 1T CR.

Re: 1T Question on LGA 1555 and/ or LGA 1156

1T will be 100% possible on 1155/1156 with any amount of DDR3 (Matched or not)

Unless it's super crappy memory then it might not work, but I've never seen anyone with any issues.
