So I have a GA Z68XP-UD3P v1.3. I used the old F7 BIOS and I ran 16GB Corsair RAM at 1.169 QPI/VTT and 1.55V Vram. Ran it fine for over a year. Then I update my motherboard BIOS to the new U1e UEFI BIOS. I use the same voltages. A few weeks later one of my memory sticks dies. I think nothing of it and get it RMA'd with a whole new 4-stick set. However, now 2 months later it's happened again. One of my sticks died. Ran Memtest86 and just one of them went bad. I'm not sure if it's the same RAM slot. It was the 4th RAM slot this time and last time it was either the 3rd or 4th RAM slot.
Any comments? Is it my QPI/VTT voltage? A Vram of 1.55 should be well within limits. It's normal to have to bump up from 1.50v with a 16GB kit.
