My PC has been crashing lately, blue screen errors and on start up emitting 3 long beeps and one short beep. The motherboard I have is GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 Socket AM3+/ AMD 970, I have checked the manual and it doesn't list these sequence of beeps. Can anyone help me please?

Sorry, I'm not very tech savvy, I don't quite get you. Let me add that this PC and all it's components are two years old. I had the technicians that built it for me take a look at it. They had no problems when they had it but the problem resumed when they brought it back. They wondered if it was the graphics card and to test it out they lent me one for a week and I had no problems. The problem resumed when my card was reinstalled.
They said I most likely need a new card but a second opinion told me that the GeForce GTX670 should last more than 2 years and that I should check the motherboard.Comment

If you are gaming with that PC in a warm environment like the Barbados, and are not monitoring or checking the temperature of your 670, then it is quite possible that it has a problem. A video card used for gaming is under much more stress than a mother board, and is much warmer, which reduces all electronic component's life.
We can't arbitrarily say that an electronic component should last X years unless we know about its usage and environment, which includes temperature.
Have you ever monitored CPU and video card temperatures while gaming or using the PC? You said you are not tech savvy, and did not understand the post about your PC's system voltages. Sorry, but ask a techy question, get a techy answer...

I haven't monitored internal temperature, no. But check air flow coming out the side and back vents and it has never gotten more than slightly warm and I mean very, very slight.Comment

HWMonitor is an easy to use monitoring software for both temps and voltages.
If it's the graphics card it may still be under warranty if it is only 2 years old.
Maybe the power consumption of the card is a problem, which you had as replacement?Comment

It's not the card. The technician brought a new card and as soon as he turned back on the PC it started beeping again. So I'm going to replace the motherboard.Comment

Before you rush to replace the board check voltages, power supplies tend to die more than motherboards.Comment
