[Z97-HD3] No sound

Hi,
I have problems with onboard audio on GA-Z97-HD3.
On my new PC sound works only via HDMI. There is no sound coming out of the speakers/headphones.
I tried different OS and it looks like hardware/BIOS issue.
I'm not sure if it's important, but I upgraded BIOS to F8 before install OS - I have no idea if audio worked before that.
I cannot downgrade BIOS ("The current BIOS image is outdated").

System Spec:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3
  Bios: F8 (upgraded before install OS)
  CPU: Intel I7-4790
  RAM: 4x G Skill Intl F3-2133C9-8GZH 8GB
  SSD: Samsung SSD 850 500 GB
  HDD: 2x WDC WD20EFRX-68E 2TB (raid 1)
  Soundcard: onboard

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Go to "Latest beta BIOS" thread. I think the latest if F9a
Z97HD3.9a

I don't see your OS in your sepcs but be sure to install all latest drivers and fixes
