Gigabyte gaming 5 z170mx cant enable raid need help

my gigabyte gaming g5 z170mx motherboard wont enable raid in bios for my 2 m.2 ssd's, both ssd's are showing, no problem there. The BIOS has been updated to firmware f20, there is no option in the bios for intel rapid technology, so I cant enable Raid at all. please help me to get raid enabled, I am willing to use a different or modified bios if its available.

I have a Z170x gaming 7 where I was using intel rapid storage raid 0 for my 2 Samsung 850 Evos and I am also having the same problem. I am looking for answers, let me know if you find or have found an answer.
