question on refurbished boards

hey quick question before i buy :First off, are refurbished boards relyable and what luck has any1 had with refurbished boards at newegg.com. 2nd off do you think this is a good buy here http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProdu...ype=Refurbished . And i read the site info on refurbished boards but can you give me more extensive info if the board doesn't work can you still get your money back?

Also does it mean that theres a chance that it will ship with the extra cables and manuals or is it a absolute no that it will be the board only with nothing else?

Looks like your bottom link ships with everything according to the picture. Your top link was updated so it doesn't show anything, but yes SOMETIMES when they say barebone they mean barebone and its just the board. You could try calling Newegg at 1-800-390-1119 and ask them your concerns. If the board doesn't work, Newegg has a 15 day return policiy on refurbished stuff and they will even pay for your shipping cost if you ask and fax in the snail mailing receipt. Its a very good company to deal with, like no others around that sell computer parts.
