Broken ASRock motherboard

Hi.I have these 6 years old computer,it's only used to visit the internet and read e-mails.These PC has a ASRock 4 Core Dual - VSTA motherboard which seems to be broken somehow - Here is a link of the motherboard ASRock > Products > 4CoreDual-VSTA . Now my problem is that in Estonia (where i live) no company sells it anymore.So i am forced to search for a motherboard which has to be basically the same,cause i don't want to buy whole new PC,i just want to replace the broken motherboard so i can use the rest on the gear ( GPU,CPU/memory) that i have.
I have spend hours of searching for a new motherboard that i could replace with the broken one,but it seems i can't find any that fits.
So if anybody knows these stuff about motherboards ore knows which one i can get to replace my old one without having to buy new GPU/CPU/memory,i would be grateful.
Any kind of information is welcome.

have the same problem everytime one of the old workstations in my dads company breaks down. You got 2 choices. Search eBay or if you want it new, buy a new mainboard+cpu+ram as it will come cheaper then then just the mainboard replacement.

you just need to look for another lga775 socket motherboard,theres lots around,asus/gigabyte/asrock and make sure it supports ddr2

ebay would be the best place to look

so you better go to your local shop and buy a 2nd lga775 socket motherboard that support DDR2 667 (DDR2 x 2 DIMM slots) and DDR400 (DDR x 2 DIMM slots) :)
