I briefly shorted a CMOS battery, and I'd like to replace it just to be on the safe side. It was a CR2032 branded KTS. I was wondering if there is any variation in CR2032 batteries. Any reason to buy one brand over another? I can get a Panasonic one from the supermarket.

What does the "STD" stand for?
