450w, 500w, 550w, ....... which one??

Have just starting my 1st upgrade and have fitted a ASRock FM2A55M-DGS mobo with a AMD A4 5300 FM2 3.4ghz dual core cpu and 4GB DDR ram.
my old psu is not only 250watt rated but has no sata leads or a 4pin 12v atx lead for the mobo.
I am (at the mo) only going to run a floppy, a dvd read/write and a 83.2gb sata deskstar hdd.

Question, what watt rated psu should i get for this combo??

I have seen they come with different power leads, floppy, sata, molex, 4pin atx12v1 but feel that either I get one that is way to big for my tower case and equipment or it will not have enough umph to do the job, might as well get the right one from the start

i think a 550w would be plenty,can recoommend these psu's also,used 4 or 5 without any trouble
