Optimal bios settings, Asus A7V8X?

Can anyone give me some advice on the bios settings I should be using with my new Asus A7V8X, and my Athlon XP200+, and my Corsair XMS PC2700 512mb DIMM? I'm having a difficult time with the bios being new to the Athlon world, and my memory benchmarks seem to be a bit low? Thanks!!

Well I did take a look at that, and made a few changes, but I'm still way behind where I should be. (I'm only getting roughtly 1900 or less in Sandra's memory bandwidth.) Any tips/hints?

Have you tried PCMark 2002 ...if not try it and compare it to others under the Overclocking Category in the forums.
