XP2500Barton maxed out?

My machine is super stable at 200x11 with memory timings at 11-3-3-2.5 (Can run both Prime95 and 3dmark03 simultameously). At 210x11, or even 220x11 system willpost and boot to windows...however immediate fail in Prime 95...I just have a feeling that this machine can go higher if I knew what to do.

Voltage: cpu=1.75, memory=2.8, chipset=1.7....temps are 26 nd 45 under load

Any suggestions , or should I be happy with 2.2mhz?? (That's all I wanted at first, then the BUG bit!!!)

PS: 3dmark03=5633....any good?

Have got it to 2.3 (200x11.5) does 3dmark03 (5660) but fails Prime95 early...temps 26, 46.5 under load

Your ram is maxed out. Crucial isnt exactly great for overclocking.

OK...got machine to 2.3ghz.....3dmark03 completes(5660).....however will not do Prime95....mem timings 11-3-3-2.5......voltage cpu=1.8. mem=2.9. chipset=1.7....at 200x11.5...what to do about Prime...dont want to ignore, or is 3dmark truer picture?

Temps still ok at 26, 46
