Just sharing i5 750 overclock to 4ghz :)

Hi guys, just wanna share myexperiment with i5 750 + MSI GD80 + patriot signature line 1333mhz CL9.
First, ram test with memtest like the way lsdmeasap said :

Sorry i dont have MSI bios template for now but here quick SS for my bios setting :
-LLC : disabled --->in order to prove vdroop (gigabyte mobo works different way where LLC must set to enabled)
-Vcore : 1.275v
-VTT : 1.222v
-Vram : 1.65v
-PCH 1.8 : 1.8v --->auto will set this value to 1.8v
-PCH 1.050v : 1.064v --->auto will set this value to 1.064v
-Memory ratio : 4
-Adjust memory frequency : 1600
-QPI ratio : 16
-Adjust QPI frequency : 6400 --->so QPI link will auto set to 3200mhz which is half of QPI frequency.....i dont know difference between 6400 and 7200, plz enlighten me :)

HWMonitor does not show ram voltage for this board?

Yup chike, this mobo is awesome but it doesnt have monitor for vram and +12volt when i use HWmonitor from cpuid, but with msi software all voltages are unlock to be read :) also temp for PWM, nice MSI :)

Btw when do cpu pll or pch 1.8 will be added? is it when i oc to 4.2ghz or 4.4ghz or more? for 4.2ghz i still no added for pch 1.8 (cpu pll) but 4.4ghz not stable hehe i'm doing testing ^_^

Update : Only manage 5loop IBT from 10loop standard level, temp go crazy 89c but still can do benchmark like this :

Hmmm for 220x20 i need to add PCH 1.8v (cpu pll) to 1.86volt.

4.4ghz 220x20 stable for 5loop IBT :)
Now tested only with superpi 32M bcoz temp was too high.

I wish i had ram with def.speed 1600mhz or more so it will increase cpu performance :) am i right?

Updated : my max OC is 4.6ghz only passes SuperPi 32M not benchmark like vantage or 3DMark2011... and for benchmark vantage etc i can run well with 4.5ghz :)
