What CPU cooler are you using?
If you are using the cooler from Intel, you need a better cooler. [Also, Intel coolers MUST be installed and locked properly. The best way to install an Intel cooler is to install it with the motherboard out of the case, so you can see if the pins go all the way through the motherboard [PCB], and that the 4 tabs are locked.
