If you liked Thief(Garret) try Dishonored
The "thief" series was good.. but nostalgia makes it better..like a lot of games.
Run thief now,and like a lot of the older games the gx are much chunkier than you will remember.
Assassins creed has a somewhat similar base but Dishonored is a lot closer to a lot of the gameplay of Thief.. ie you can if you want knock out npcs without having them stagger down the hall trying to put their intestines back in..or go the gory route.
Its up to you.
Dishonored was a semi suprise hit in late 2012 and a sequel is en route.
