  • Problem usb Via Vl800 on Z77x-UD3H

    Hello

sorry for my English, I am French.

I have a problem with the Via 4 usb ports (those behind the top of the cm)

After several days of use without reboot, I have ports that no longer serve. If I reboots the pc, dock works again. Driver problem?

And worse, when I plug my G25 wheel (or xbox360 wireless controllers), after several minutes, the wheel is disconnected / reconnected several times. And after several times, the ports do not respond.

No problems with the intel ports.

Everything is up to date, and f11 bios driver. I deactived standby usb ports in windows.

What should I do? Expect from other drivers and bios?
    thank you

Which Via driver version is installed?
During setup, did you follow this procedure:
    VIA VL800 chip:
    1. Up to 4 USB 3.0/2.0 ports on the back panel
      * Due to a Windows 7 limitation, please connect your USB device(s) to the Intel controlled USB port(s) (located below the RJ-45 LAN port) before the VIA USB 3.0 controller driver is installed.

We can best help you after you create a detailed hardware list in the PC Specs portion of your forum profile http://forums.tweaktown.com/profile.php?do=editprofile at the bottom of the profile page or in your forum signature http://forums.tweaktown.com/profile....=editsignature.

Using PC Specs is the easiest way to create your hardware list, bios version, o/s version etc.

Re: Problem usb Via Vl800 on Z77x-UD3H

Yes, during installation of windows 7, I connected only the keyboard and mouse ports on intel (those at the bottom)

I installed the drivers via 1.90 and 1.80 with the same problem.

For configuration, I had filled when creating the profile, but not registered to, I do it immediatly.

      To be quick:
      Windows 7 64bits
      Z77X-UD3H (f11 bios)
      I5 3570k 3.4GHz
      Crucial 128GB m4 (000F)
      8GB DDR3 1600mhz Gskill
      Corsair GS800
G15 and G700 (plugged into Port intel)

Living at RĂ©union Island, and using my pc every day, I do not want to send the motherboard in sav, especially if it's a problem that can be solved in the future by a driver / bios.

      Merci
