Just want some opinions from experts or at least knowledgeable in HDD & benchmarks.
From the following screenshots, is the external Transcend StoreJet 1TB USB3.0 as fast as the Western Digital Caviar Blue 640GB SATA2 (connected to SATA3 port; bought in 2008)? Or worse? Or a mixed bag?
I noticed both Transcend & WD's scores are mixed. Good or bad?
Sequential, random, 512K, 4K... Not sure what it all really means. All I know these are the software that are used to benchmark hard drives.
