    Any idea when the C2 Stepping motherboards will be available?

    Morning,

    As per the title, when will Gigabyte be releasing motherboards with the updated C2 Stepping to fix the USB3 issues?

    I'm wanting to purchasing a UD3H or UD4H but decided to wait for the update.

    Cheers for any information.

      am curious as to if this is just a Gigabyte issue or across USB3 on most motherboards

        It's INTEL issue and C2 chip version supose to rich the stores any time from now.

          Do a web search using: haswell usb 3.0 problem

          Haswell systems might have problems with some usb 3.0 drives connected to the motherboard's Intel usb 3.0 ports.
          All Haswell systems are vulnerable, it's not limited to one brand.
          Some Haswell users have no problems, other owners have intermittent usb 3.0 problems when their system wakes from sleep.

          The original stock of Haswell motherboards will probably need to sell out before you can buy a newer mobo with the C2 chipset stepping.
          When the P67 motherboard problems were fixed, manufacturers labeled the newer systems with the -B3 model name suffix.
          I haven't seen any information that deals with whether or not the Haswell C2 stepping motherboards will have an updated model name suffix.

          Some major web sites are reporting that in some areas, the C2 motherboards might not be available until sometime in early September.

            No problem with USB 3.0 and wake from sleep.....sleep has to work first.

              He is quite unpleasant in a few users who say they do not know what the problem C1, and a USB3 device is what produces the error. + Just bought the new system. (I already have a 4670k, and 101% Z87X-UD4H will buy. Now is an EP45-DS4 work for me ... slowly for 6 years. ;)
