Keep getting b7 error on the B1 memory dimm

hi all i`m new to this forum as you can tell from the title i`ve got a problem on one of the dimms stopping the machine from booting. i`ve tried vengeance and plain old xms3 in and nothing works you think its rma time? i`ve only had the board 3 weeks and this kinda thing is happening, beginning to wonder if jump to Asrock from gigabyte was worth it, anyways if anyone could help me on the matter it would be appreciated
