front panel polarities

Building in a PC-60 case, not a PC-C60 desktop type, the old midi tower PC-60.
Fine so far, but no manual and unsure of the polarities of the front panel cables. Is the white ground? Need to get the + and _ the right way round.
Help appreciated !

Yes, the white wire is the ground wire.
